Placing an Order
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Toog Software.
Additions cannot be made to online orders once they have been confirmed.

Stock Availability
If a product is not listed on the website then it not available for sale with online orders. We encourage you to email us with suggested additions to our product sets and we will endeavour to post them up for sale subsequently on the website.

Order Cancellations
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours.
Cancellations may be communicated by email to sales@toogsoftware.com and including your order number.

Tax Charges
For orders made in Australia 10% GST is added. All international orders are GST-free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption via Stripe. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Upon successful placement of an order on our website, you will receive an email with a link to login to the web application.

Refund Policy
